We believe that good training is our duty, as well as being an important task in society. In addition to teaching technical and expert knowledge, we attach great value to training that leads young people to work with individual initiative and individual responsibility and learn to look beyond their own horizons.

We provide training in seven occupations at various BÜFA locations:   Details of the training occupations can be found in our training flyer.
 
Before our new trainees start their training in August each year we spend a “getting-to-know-each-other” weekend with them. Here they learn a lot about us in advance and establish initial contacts with their co-trainees.
In addition we offer various events and projects during the training period. We also provide all kinds of support, e.g. in the form of internal teaching and seminars in preparation for examinations.

Work experience placement

Those who are not yet certain what training occupation enters into question for them are welcome to apply for a work experience placement or an orientation day.

University and college

Students have the opportunity of spending their internship semester with us or writing a thesis or final paper.
