Child day care and combining career and family

Only community brings success! This is our credo. And the children of our staff belong to the community too. So it is not surprising that as a family company we have set up a child day care facility that allows BÜFA mothers and fathers more flexibility. From 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. children of our staff up to the age of three are looked after by trained child-minders at BÜFA-Holding while their parents can perform their work with peace of mind.

We thus offer our staff the possibility of managing the “tightrope” between family and career better. The day care facility is by the way only one of several building blocks in our concept for “combining career and family”.

reintegrating staff after leave periods and
