Each production process has different requirements and therefore also very different requirements on service. The type and age of the machines and equipment, spraying or laminating output or the number of trained personnel are just a few examples that influence the scope of services.

Our 3 Service Modules:

1. Spare Parts
A call from you is all we need and the spare parts you want will be on their way. If desired, our service technician will come to you and install the spare parts on site. 

2. Standard
Maintenance work that is coordinated in time to meet your needs guarantees reliable operation of your machines and equipment. Your operating costs can be calculated in advance for the entire operating period.

 

- Machines and equipment are checked by our service

technician to ensure they are in good working order (depending on operating hours 1-2 times a year).

- Working parts are replaced and a subsequent function check carried out.

- Pump packings and seals are replaced if worn.

- Material and repair costs will be invoiced separately.

 

3. Premium (includes the Standard Module)

Our comprehensive service to keep your machines and equipment in good working order

-  Your facility will be serviced during the entire operating period.

-  Corresponding to utilisation of your production capacity, your machines and equipment will be checked and any necessary repairs carried out.

-  Pump packings and seals are always replaced.

-  Working parts will be replaced and a final test subsequently carried out with your materials.

The fixed price will depend on the machines and equipment. Additional expenses will be invoiced separately.
